Payment is due by the customer, except in the case of full legal aid. This does not however exempt the client from the “right of pleading”, which is due to him in any event. Our policy is maximum cost control for a statement of costs reduced as much as possible, according to the following scale :

This will be a percentage of the money obtained, or of which you will avoid conviction. In the presence of a performance fee agreement, the main fee is reduced. However, it can never disappear, nor be too weak, French law prohibiting us from weighing our remuneration solely on the success of our actions.
Therefore, it will be necessary to distinguish the diligence fee, which will be payable upon initiation of the procedure, from the result fee, which will be added in the event of success:

Subject to the prior agreement of the Lawyer, an exception may be made if your financial and personal situation entitles you to the award of legal aid. No additional fees will be charged to you in the event of full legal aid. Partial legal aid gives rise to the payment of an additional fee subject to VAT at the standard rate.

1/ Cabinet FOURNIER primarily sets its fees on a lump sum basis.

This flat rate corresponds to the processing of the entire procedure. A fee agreement signed between the firm and its client defines the terms.

2/ Packages for the different types of procedures :

The package covers all fees for the entire procedure, excluding disbursements, and excluding legal remedies (appeal).

Disbursements are expenses incurred on your behalf, which you must reimburse (bailiffs’ acts, recorded delivery charges, copies, travel, etc.): a scale is provided on this site.

Any payment can be spread over twelve months by setting up a monthly transfer (to be justified) or the prior delivery of several checks which will be cashed 30 days apart, on the dates you will mention on the back.

Contact the Firm to specify the price in relation to the ranges announced, depending on the degree of difficulty of your file.
