Franco-Italian, Maître FOURNIER completed his secondary studies at the Lycée Français in Turin (Italy), before returning to France to begin his graduate studies at the Faculty of Law of Nice.

It was there that she obtained a Masters in Business Law, then a D.E.A in Business Law and Economic Law. She was then received at C.R.F.P.A. at the University of Paris II-Assas, and came to carry out his professional training at the Dijon School of Lawyers in 2004.

Eloïse FOURNIER was sworn in before the Dijon Court of Appeal in 2005. After having practiced at the Bar of Châlon-sur-Saône for two years, she moved to Dijon, in collaboration with the Cabinet BONFILS.

With a first experience in a generalist firm, Maître FOURNIER wished to favor areas of intervention that would allow him to maintain regular contact with the litigant. This is how she developed a dominant activity in family matters, and was able to take advantage of her original training to understand the liquidative aspects of separations (matrimonial regimes, joint ownership).

Today, this is his main activity, even if Maître FOURNIER continues to intervene in criminal matters (defense, civil party, investigation, trial), as well as in civil litigation in the broad sense. Moreover, her collaboration within Cabinet BONFILS offers her a certain versatility, and her presence in Dijon since 2004 has enabled her to forge a professional network that she puts at the service of her customers.
