Free fees

Cabinet FOURNIER primarily sets its fees on a lump sum basis. This flat rate corresponds to the processing of the entire procedure. A fee agreement signed between the firm and its client defines the terms.

This flat rate corresponds to the processing of the entire procedure. A fee agreement signed between the firm and its client defines the terms.

2/ Packages for the different types of procedures :

The package covers all fees for the entire procedure, excluding disbursements, and excluding legal remedies (appeal).

Disbursements are expenses incurred on your behalf, which you must reimburse (bailiffs’ acts, recorded delivery charges, copies, travel, etc.): a scale is provided on this site.

Any payment can be spread over twelve months by setting up a monthly transfer (to be justified) or the prior delivery of several checks which will be cashed 30 days apart, on the dates you will mention on the back.

Contact the Firm to specify the price in relation to the ranges announced, depending on the degree of difficulty of your file.

The following rates correspond to our packages without performance fees (the additional performance fee may decrease the amount of the package - contact the firm) :

  • € 4,000.00 to € 6,000.00 exclDivorce for fault
  • € 2,800.00 to € 3,500.00 excl.Divorce for alteration of the marital bond
  • € 1,000.00 to € 1,800.00 excl.Referral procedure before the Family Affairs Judge

  • € 800.00 to € 1,800.00 excl.
    Non-divorce petition (children’s residence, alimony,
    visitation and accommodation rights, etc.),
  • € 3,000.00 to € 4,000.00 excl.Paternity dispute action
  • € 3,000.00 to € 5,000.00 excl.Share out of joint possession

  • € 1,500.00 to € 2,000.00 excl.
    Appeal following rejection
    of request to change name / first name

The work relating to the liquidation of matrimonial regimes, and the liquidation-sharing of undivided co-ownership gives rise to pricing specific to each case. No range can therefore be given to you here.
